Great accommodation from David & Theo. Apartment was clean modern & in walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Athens as well as being close to local bus stops for beaches etc. We had one issue with the boiler not working but Theo was brilliant & got this sorted asap & wasn’t an issue for the rest of our trip. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone was coming to Athens!

The best place to stay!!! I was before 6 months in the same apartment. A very beautiful apartment in a very nice area! Easy check in and with a lot of good places nearby.

Perfect stay in Kalamaria. Appartment is really nice and matches photos. Great neighborhood with free parking on street. Brand new furniture and appliances made our stay cousy and it felt like home. We will be coming back for sure. Host was great and swift to answer on our questions.

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment. It had everything we needed, we appreciated the equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and balconies. Excellent quiet location close to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

I had a great stay at Theofanis’s place. It was absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to museums, restaurants and bars as well as just a few steps from public transit options. Host was very responsive. He literally thought of everything with this unit. A cute little sitting area on the balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, a info sheet with emergency contact numbers, a handmade welcome book as well as slippers and Toiletries. THANK YOU!

Mein Aufenthalt in Athen war insgesamt sehr angenehm – vor allem dank der großartigen Lage der Wohnung, die einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren bot. Am zweiten Tag kam es leider zu einem kleinen Wasserschaden, was natürlich zunächst etwas stressig war. Doch die Hosts haben sofort reagiert und das Problem schnell und zuverlässig gelöst. Ihr Engagement und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft haben wirklich einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit ernst genommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Besonders gefreut hat mich auch, dass ich tolle Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten habe – das hat meinen Aufenthalt noch bereichert. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Anliegen wurden umgehend geklärt, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Had a great stay here! It is located on a quiet residential street which comprised of mostly locals. Restaurants, cafes and metro just a 5-10 mins walk away. Location was great for me as it was only 20-25 min walk to the Acropolis and Plaka neighbourhood, or quick cab/metro. Very easy to get around, the place had everything you needed and looked just like the photos. I would definitely recommend

This is a beautiful flat not very far from lots of attractions. We loved how clean and modern it was. The washing machine was an extra, though you’ll need to buy your own detergent. The host, Theofanis was very communicative and responsive. We didn’t find the bed very comfortable as it was two twin beds joined together but still we had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend.

I will try to keep it as simple as possible. - The building Generally looks amazing & very luxury , also extremely clean and with the necessary lighting during the night (Entry works with pin , and for me this is a big plus.) - The apartment was extremely clean, well organized & very well maintained, AC works perfectly for heating at 24 Celcius during the Spring season (March 2025.) . - For the location I will keep it simple, I really don't know nothing, I use my car for everything every time (I was there on business trip.) I found with ease parking places near to the road (free.) , supermarkets around the neighborhood & Gas Station was extremely close , That's all from my side. - For me was very important that I can train in the Fitness area , just the basics, don't wait Deadlift platforms , Squat racks , etc , some light dumbbells, a few cardio machines , a kettlebell until 16 kg, that's all, it was very nice for circulation some blood in my body. Luxury, Comfortable, Perfect!
