The place was clean, fresh and comfortable. It had everything necessary. Communication with the host was efficient and easy. I would absolutely stay again. The video with information was super helpful for check in and to find the place. Excellent value for money. The apartment was really large and spacious. Plenty of natural light but an added bonus was the shutters in the bedroom to make it dark for sleeping. Slippers included and fresh linen which was great! The shower was on the smaller side and not fully enclosed so a little water comes out but there's a floor mat and dries quickly in summer so not a big deal. The pool is on the smaller side also, not heaps of deck chairs at a busy time. There was also nothing to sit my suitcase on so I had to store it on the floor however if you are there for a longer stay, there is plenty of room to hang and store your clothing if you prefer to unpack your suitcase. The location isn't super close to public transport but all are within walking distance and the Acropolis is about a 30 min walk. Along the way you stroll across cafes and restaurants and other shops as well. None of these things would deter me from returning however. Wish I could have stayed longer to be honest!

What I liked most was the peaceful setting among the pine trees, the soothing sound of the cicadas, and the natural shade throughout the day. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The host was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always approachable, making us feel very welcome. The bed linens were changed every few days, and the accommodation was kept spotless throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend our vacation.

The location is a walking distance to the city centre 30 minutes and close to restaurants and bars with view of Parthenon. Its safe and clean and modernly furnished, the pool and the gym are great perks.

It was very comfortable, well equipped and clean . It was close to a bus stop and metro station ,be an easy access to the popular tourist attractions . Was a great addition the gym and the little pool , which was amazing after a long , hot day . -

Everything was attention to detail. The house keeping staff never came to clean during my stay. The day I check out she was there on time keep knocking door and ringing the bell and chase me I offered to pay extra for late checkout she wanted me out in 5mins. I was gutted. Treated me really harsh.

xceptional stay! The apartment was well-equipped, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Great location in a quiet, authentic area with many excellent local dining options nearby. Highly convenient for sightseeing, with the Acropolis within a 20-minute walk or two stops on the metro. Highly recommend

Location was a little further out but it was such peaceful surroundings and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host was so helpful and responsive. His guidebook was so thoughtful!

The apartment is amazing! It can host 4 adults without any problem at all! Super clean and in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the center of kalamaria! Theofanis was very helpful and beyond 🙂 not only we recommend it but in our next visit we will try to book there again 😄 thanks for everything 🤗🤙

The apartment was very spacious, everything was arranged perfectly. The furnitures and the appliances were also new, and you had everythung you needed. The whole place was spotless. The beds were comfortable, which is very important for us. You could find nearby markets, coffee shops, convenience stores etc. The host was very helpful and ready to assist you anytime. We really enjoyed our stay in here, and would 100% recommend to other families or groups of friends. There was nothing not to like.

Totul a fost excelent! Nu am ce reproșa ! Apartamentul se afla într-un cartier liniștit, curat, la 5 minute de plaja publica. Este echipat cu tot ce trebuie, are multe balcoane, doua dormitoare și un living open space. In apropiere se găsesc multe restaurante, cafenele și magazine. Proprietarul este foarte receptiv, ne-a răspuns la toate întrebările noastre. Va recomand cu încredere să alegeți apartamentul acesta!
