Located in the center of Athens, the house offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. It's near to all the major attractions, like the Acropolis, Syntagma square, Monastiraki, and much more. It's surrounded by several shopping areas, dining, and entertainment options that our city has to offer. The premium king sized bed will offer you a relaxed and pleasant sleep with your partner/friend, after exploring all the sightseeing of Athens. We have equipped the gorgeous living room with a 4K 65’’ inch TV in the living room and a 4K 42’’ inch TV in the bedroom. We have included a Netflix account for your stay so you can continue enjoy watching your favourite shows or movies. If you are in a business trip, the high speed Internet and the designed area to place your laptop will help you have an unstressed experience to keep up with your responsibilities. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with style and functionality in mind, making it the perfect space for your creations! Let’s not forget the most important area of a house which is the bathroom. In the apartment you will find a fully equipped and spacious bathroom with two separated bathroom-sinks and a luxury modern shower area. Finally, we should mention our view from the top floor of the building where you can share a drink watching the lights of Akropolis.

Private parking can be offered to the guests by a third party company which is located 250 meters from the house - charged extra. Possible free parking on the street. I will be available to you 24/7 and to meet in person if you wish. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me. Finally, I would like to remind my guests that gathering in big groups of people is illegal in Greece due to COVID-19 restrictions and is also breaking house's rules. Guests are expected to obey the law. As and the seasonally quiet hours. A camera is placed outside of the apartment monitoring and recording 24/7.

I stayed in Theofanis place for 4 nights and it was such a fantastic stay. Everything is to the perfection in this luxury studio. He is extremely responsive and helpful in every way. The transport to the center of Athens is a breeze with the tram in 2 minutes and the metro in 6 minutes. Check in and check out is so convenient. I highly recommend his place and would definitely stay in his place when I come back to Athens.

Everything about Theofanis home was as described. He took his time to create a book with recommendations and suggestions. He also arranged for our transfer. The home was spotless. Furniture was just like the pictures. The smell when we walked in was amazing. He was also very responsive. This go around was my second time in Greece. If ever there is a 3rd time I’ll definitely keep his homes in mind.
