It's near to all the major attractions, like the Acropolis, Syntagma square, Monastiraki, and much more. It's surrounded by several shopping areas, dining, and entertainment options that our city has to offer. The premium double sized bed will offer you a relaxed and pleasant sleep with your partner/friend, after exploring all the sightseeing of Athens. We have equipped the gorgeous living room with a 4K TV in the living room. We have included a Netflix PREMIUM & Disney+ account for your stay so you can continue enjoy watching your favourite shows or movies. Last but not least you will have access to a fully equipped gym 🏋️inside then building and a shared swimming pool on the roof to enjoy the sunny weather or a drink at night 💦

I will try to keep it as simple as possible. - The building Generally looks amazing & very luxury , also extremely clean and with the necessary lighting during the night (Entry works with pin , and for me this is a big plus.) - The apartment was extremely clean, well organized & very well maintained, AC works perfectly for heating at 24 Celcius during the Spring season (March 2025.) . - For the location I will keep it simple, I really don't know nothing, I use my car for everything every time (I was there on business trip.) I found with ease parking places near to the road (free.) , supermarkets around the neighborhood & Gas Station was extremely close , That's all from my side. - For me was very important that I can train in the Fitness area , just the basics, don't wait Deadlift platforms , Squat racks , etc , some light dumbbells, a few cardio machines , a kettlebell until 16 kg, that's all, it was very nice for circulation some blood in my body. Luxury, Comfortable, Perfect!

I had a fantastic stay! This place was a great find, especially with the pool and gym—such a nice bonus. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Athens soon. It was very easy to locate with clear instructions from the host. The apartment was incredibly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—very close to transport links, and it's just a short walk to the center, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The host was wonderful, friendly, and quick to respond. I highly recommend this spot and will most definitely be back here again soon!
